I will start by saying that Beth MacInnis is the best realtor I have ever had.

I had never heard of Beth before my wife to be, Carmela, introduced me to her.

I had to sell the house I was living in. 

Beth came to my house and suggested many things to maximize the value of my home. She had a handy man which helped with minor repairs. I did what she said and I am glad I listened to her. She also suggested we stage the home. Her staging company that she recommended did a great job.  The  pictures of the house looked great. It looked better that when I bought it. 

Even before the house was listed officially, the property had two people preview it on a Wednesday. I was worried about the high interest rates. At the time I thought we would have difficulty selling it.

Over the next few days we had 13 offers above asking price and sold it with ease. We came over that Saturday and I could not believe the number of people that came to see the house. When the was sale made we were pleased that it was over $100,000.00 than we were asking for. The lawyer she recommended was also great and we had no problems.

Beth has integrity,  morals and ethics. Unlike other realtors there was no shortcuts such as not having a real property report, or anything to make a buyer worry. I would highly recommend Beth as a realtor. She has become a realtor and a friend.
